Courses and Tuition
Cancellation of courses
If you have booked onto a course but need to cancel, we ask for at least seven days notice so that we can arrange for another parent and baby to take the space. If notice is given within less than 7 days, we will do our best to fill your space but we cannot guarantee a refund.
Please note that due to limited availability of spaces on courses, we cannot reserve spaces unless they are paid for in advance (a booking form and payment has been received).
Out of stock
We update our system daily, but if goods are incorrectly displayed as in stock when they are out of stock, we will contact you with either the option to wait until items are in stock again, or we will offer a full refund or exchange for alternative items.
Payment by PayPal
We use PayPal for our payments processing, as they provide an excellent secure payments service. You can either pay by credit card or your PayPal account. According to PayPal security measures, if you have a PayPal account and have a particular credit card registered to that account, you will not be able to use that same credit card for a direct card transaction. In that case, either use a different card or use your PayPal account. If it is a defunct or forgotten PayPal account, please contact PayPal who will be able to help. If you experience any problems with PayPal, please call their helpline on 08707 307 191. The use of any part of this website or its contents other than for personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without prior authorisation of My Baby Adores.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are entitled to request a full or partial refund, provided we receive the product back within ten working days. You must return the goods in perfect, saleable condition and in the original packing where applicable. Refunds will only be made to the same card used to make the purchase. Refunds will only cover the price charged for the goods, postage and packing costs are not refundable, unless the order has not been despatched or if the order has arrived damaged or broken. When returning goods we advise that you get a certificate of posting which is free from any UK post office. Refunds for returned goods will be made within seven working days from receipt of goods.
All prices displayed are in pounds sterling and Singapore Dollars and include any taxes, but exclude any packaging or postage. For details on delivery please click here.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We never share any personal information or our mailing list with any third parties.
If you wish to exchange a product you must first return it to us in saleable condition, as with a return and unless it to replace a damaged product we may ask you to pay additional postage costs.
