We have created a peaceful sleep training method with a strong belief that healthy sleep habits make for healthy children. A well-rested child is curious, energetic, happy, playful and eager to learn.
The sleep method we use accommodates different parenting styles and the different needs of babies and children, however as the parent, you need to be comfortable and fully on board with your new sleep plan in order for it to work for your child.
Tears….crying is your baby’s or child’s way of protesting change, and you can expect that making changes to their sleep habits will result in some protest. The method we use is not a ‘cry it out method’ and I will always ask parents to respond to their baby’s or child’s cries.
Bedtime is time to be enjoyed, a time to relax together, to cuddle, share stories and for babies and children to feel safe, calm and loved.
